I banked big time brownie points today! Karma owes me at least for the rest of the day.

So I'm taking the dog ashore here in Atlantic City. There's a beach under Harrah's. So I'm 30 ft from the beach and I hear screaming from the bridge nearby. I look up and there are a bunch of people waving at me and hollering. I thought they were waving at a friend but it was me. Then I realized the hollering is "Somebody jumped in and is in the water." While this is going on, the dog decided it was time to go to shore and jump to the shore. So I figured the dog could handle his business by himself, I hit the gas and raced over to the bridge where I found a middle-aged woman hanging on one of the bridge pylons. I had her hang on to the bow of the dinghy, and I motored in reverse the 150 ft to the beach. Then I helped her out of the water and up on the beach. Finally professional help arrived.

So I'm up on life for at least a day! But don't worry, the score sheet never stays in your favor. Lol

Kati took a couple pictures. They really don't work too well, but here they are. The one that is zoomed in, you can see the dinghy on the beach under the bridge, and maybe the ambulances and people.
