The Starkey's gave us a car to use - a really cute VW Rabbit - with plenty of dog hair in the back seat so we didn't feel bad about putting Bruce in there.

We set out to explore Rockport and Gloucester and pick up some groceries and a prescription for Kati.

Rockport was very cute, especially the little alleys on Bearskin Neck. We saw another Saga 43 in the back harbor, which turned out to be White Bird, one of Laura's dock mates on the Rhode River. Harry wrote them an email to let them know we saw them.

Gloucester was next. We didn't spend a lot of time there, though we did go to the famous fisherman's memorial. The Pride of Baltimore, which we saw sailing a few days ago, was in the harbor looking beautiful.

Groceries, then return to the boat to clean up. Jim & Anne hosted a great cocktail party. There were 15+ people, mostly from the local Sabre community and Manchester Yacht Club, but also a couple from NYC (Roger & Ilene) off another Saga 43, Ilene. A really great party with Anne's fantastic appetizers and too much to drink!
